Can I get a refund

We do not have any personal information from the seller other than the PUBLIC wallet address.

You will need to contact the seller outside our platform and request a potential refund.

We do not store, send, or receive Virtual Currency. Any transfer that occurs in any Virtual Currency occurs on the Blockchain Networks and not on a network owned by us. 

Once a transfer has been initiated we have no control over it.

Such Blockchain Networks are decentralized, peer-to-peer networks supported by independent third parties, which we do not own, control, or operate. We have no control over the Blockchain Networks
